Responsibilities:
Ø Managing a team of customer service representatives who help job seekers in navigating the job hunting process, including answering questions about job openings, helping candidates create resumes and cover letters, and providing guidance on interviewing and networking.
Ø Developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service.
Ø Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as job seeker satisfaction, response times to inquiries, and the number of job seekers successfully placed in jobs.
Ø Coordinating communication between job seekers and recruiters, providing feedback to recruiters and hiring managers on the quality of candidates, and collaborating on strategies for attracting top talent.
Ø Hiring and training new customer service representatives as needed, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide effective service to job seekers.
Ø Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the job hunting process. This may include identifying common pain points for job seekers and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements:
Ø 10 years or above related working experience is required.
Ø A master’s degree or above in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communications is required.
Ø Must be excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with job seekers, recruiters, and other stakeholders is important. fluent in English, bilingual is considered an asset.
Ø Be able to fluently use Microsoft Tools on a computer
Ø Be able to work independently
Ø The ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently is important in resolving issues related to the job hunting process.
Ø Effective customer service management requires good organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
