Pay Rate: £30,000 PA
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Location: Peterborough - PE2 6XE
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Customer Service Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- To Oversee and manage the Customer Account team
- Manage the team to ensure the processes and standards are adhered to and are to a high standard
- Engage with the Brand and customers, build rapport, trust and be the first point of escalation
- Develop, coach, motivate and retain the team in line with current DHL policy
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
- Proven Track record in a customer service environment
- Great people manager with the skills to organise workloads throughout the team
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Excellent IT , Data skills
