At Valley Pet and Equine Crematorium based in Paignton, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who wants to make a real difference to people's lives especially at a time when they need us most, who understands that doing the right thing and looking after and leading our people who then in turn look after our customers, is the key to class leading service.


We pride ourselves on offering a service that we ourselves would want for our faithful friends, giving every care and attention to the small details that matter the most, be it a final paw print or other bespoke wishes and requests. The successful Customer Service Supervisor will provide day to day leadership for the After Care Team empowering their team to deliver excellent standards of customer care together with efficient handling of all client contacts (phone, email, face to face) and administrative tasks and processes to deliver a seamless and personalised service.


They are responsible for the day to day running of the After Care Team, ensuring the wellbeing and Health and Safety of their team members and that they are competent and performing to the appropriate standard. They are accountable for managing the team's performance through training, development, check ins and feedback. They are the first point of escalation to resolve any administrative or customer service issues.


In addition to a salary of £26,000 per annum, you will also receive a full range of benefits including:
