Job description

*The successful applicant needs to be available to work during the day, evenings and weekends. It's usually 2 evenings a week and weekends are rotated fairly.

This is a fun and exciting opportunity which is available immediately and offers a unique fast paced, customer focused and friendly environment. As a Team Leader you will be the face of the brand and ensure that you give exceptional customer service and represent the brand by promoting all of the companies core values.

Experience in a similar, fast paced and customer focused environment is preferable however on site training will be provided and opportunities within the job role are available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Have a full understanding of Blend & Batch operations.
  • Keep the shop clean and tidy for customers and completing any task schedules set out.
  • To have an understanding about the products that we sell in order to confidently advice our customers.
  • Ensure high levels of safety and care in mind when using company equipment.
  • To ensure high levels of personal hygiene.
  • Work to be carried out with a customer-focused attitude, providing excellent customer service with a pro-active work ethic.
  • Must have a flexible approach to working.
  • To undertake any other duties that may be required from you while you work for Blend & Batch, which are likely to include holding keys, assisting with ordering, opening and closing stores where schedules require it.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm in a pressured situation on a busy department
- Good time management skills and a great self starter
- Friendly approachable manners
- Passionate about people and can work in a team.
- Barista experience is a plus but don’t worry you will receive training on this.
- Enthusiastic with a pro-active attitude.
- Ideally from the hospitality/retail background. (1 year experience)
- Flexibility (able to work evenings and weekends)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
