Job description
We require a pro-active and enthusiastic individual to join Pyramid Doors taking ownership of our service desk. We supply install maintain and provide 24 hour reactive cover to Roller Shutter, Manual, Fire Exit and automatic doors to name a few.
Based at our Head office, in Middleton, the role will be varied and will involve communicating with our scheduling, parts and invoicing departments along with our clients.
We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, who is a self-starter and can work well within a fast-paced environment and who will take ownership of this role to its full potential.
You will be responsible for the service desk emails received on a daily basis, by answering or distributing accordingly.
- Keep clients informed of the progress of their queries and account manage nominated clients via third party software.
- To build rapport and customer confidence by dealing with queries effectively.
- Engineers’ worksheets to be distributed to clients and internally daily.
- To schedule of PPM works when required.
- Communicating with colleagues and clients when scheduling and rescheduling where required.
- Continually looking for ways to improve our processes, systems and the service we offer our clients.
Skills Required:
- Relevant work experience with strong customer service skills and admin background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
