At InXpress we are delighted to announce that due to rapid growth, we are now recruiting for a Customer Service Executive. Our growing freight consultancy requires an additional full-time Customer Service Executive to work in its Edinburgh office.

We are part of a global franchise operation with over 460 offices worldwide and, working with our major carrier partners such as DHL, UPS and FedEx, we provide worldwide shipping and logistics services to small and medium sized businesses.
You will enjoy a basic salary of £28k p.a. plus £5k bonus potential, private medical and a company pension all within a family run business!

Your Role:
- Using your first-class communication skills you’ll be responsible for both retaining and developing new business with clients
- Generate additional revenue through new clients using a consultative approach
- Working closely with our carrier partners providing our customers with best advice and solutions saving the both time and money
- Coach and train customers to use our on-line portal
- Seek referrals from both customers and carriers
- Manage social mediaplatforms .
