Customer Service Executive
Working as a part of a busy team within our truck and trailer business we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive based at our Skelmersdale branch.
You will focus on providing high-quality customer service to our truck and trailer businesses. This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day:
- Effectively looking after the fleet operations and administration of the branch
- Coordinating and planning MOT test schedules and any maintenance programmes
- Coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and our branches
- Other general administration.
To be successful in this role:
- Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Have strong administrative skills
- Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
- Can work well under pressure
- All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
- A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential.
