Join Alamy as their CS Executive and really put your skills to the test.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will respond to incoming enquiries via emails, online chats, and incoming calls. You’ll seek to strive for better when improving processes and enhancing the customer experience.
Working hours are between 08:00-23:00.

What
you’ll be doing:
Negotiating pricing quotes for licenses, while using a customer first mentality.
Updating client records in CRM and Salesforce.
Working effectively with our Contributors and Content Team to manage release enquiries.
Supporting our customers with questions about pricing, downloading images, copyright, and image quality.
Issuing credit notes, invoices, and raise credit limits.
Taking on Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Dealing with any complaints and escalating to a manager where appropriate.
Providing training and support to new members of the team.

Who you are:

Confident and motivated when working with customers.
Highly organised.
Comfortable working in a team and independently.
Self-motivated.

What we need from you
:
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Business level language skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Striving to find new ways of working to improve processes and the customer experience.
Good judgement and decision-making skills.
Capable of working to deadlines.
Familiarity with customer management systems, like Salesforce.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident working with MS Office.
