We have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Delivery Drivers based at our Bristol store, with part-time contracts working from 16 to 20 hours a week!
This is no typical delivery driver role, in this role you will be collaborating with our customers at times to resolve customer issues and queries. This is a fulfilling role where you have the chance to meet our many customers.
In the IKEA world, we call this role a Customer Resolution Delivery Co-Worker.

WHAT WE OFFER
Due to Health and Safety regulations, successful applicants are required to be at least 18 years of age and have held a valid and clean driver's license (Category B) for at least 24 months, and to undergo and clear a background check before commencing in this role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Your day will start with planning your route and loading your vehicle ready to meet our customers. You will be the face of IKEA when meeting the customer, so strong customer service skills are desirable. You will take initiative to proactively resolve customer issues, manage customer escalations by identifying the root cause and going above and beyond to surprise and delight customers and support our focus on Happy Customers.
As part of the resolution service, your role will be aftersales delivery and collection directly to customer homes as well as helping them to find the best solutions for their issues with speed and efficiency.
The role is mobile, and you will be responsible for inspecting and housekeeping of the vehicles before and after customer deliveries.

WHAT WE OFFER
- £25'500 per annum (pro-rata for part-time, which means your salary will depend on the hours per week you will work).
- Part-time contracts working 16 - 20 hours a week.
- We operate 7 days a week and, as part of this role, it is preferable that you are able to work weekends (3 in 4 weekends for part-time are standard, and we are happy to discuss your availability at interview).
