Job description
- To build and maintain strong, lasting business relations with the clients
- Your clients will have direct lines of communication with you by telephone, email and potentially face-to-face meetings when the need arises
- To seek repayment of your clients debts via letters, telephone calls, email etc
- Suggest suitable legal action when all efforts to affect recovery have failed
- Confident
- Punctual and reliable
- Team player
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a professional working environment.
- Previous experience i.e. credit control, finance or litigation sector is of an advantage
- Previous experience within a sales role or account management is desired
