Customer Service Coordinator
Reading
We are currently working with a very successful housebuilder operating in the Thames Valley area who are looking to expand their team by bringing in a Customer Care Coordinator.
The job will involve speaking with Customers, and organising follow-up visits by both more senior members of the Customer Service team to diagnose issues in greater detail and subcontractors to rectify the issue.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Work with both customers and the customer care team to identify and address issues
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
- Report to and work with the Head of Customer Care
Candidates should have experience in Customer-facing roles, across multiple avenues of communication – ranging from phone calls to email responses. Additionally, candidates should be well organised, skilled in planning for both themselves and others, and have strong attention to detail across all aspects of work.
The candidate should be a strong team player, and an assertive individual. They should be capable of influencing others and building strong relationships and networks – both internally and externally.
This is an excellent role with a successful housebuilding business that would suit someone with a background as a Customer Service Coordinator looking to work with a highly-regarded developer, or an experienced member of a Customer Care team who is looking to join the Residential Development industry.
