We are looking for a customer service coordinator for our rapidly expanding Financial Services business. This fantastic opportunity is permanent and will be based in our modern offices in Glasgow city centre.
You will develop career-long skills within this fast-paced dynamic business environment working alongside a collaborative and driven team. Your role will be to take charge of the creation of documents such as client packs, keeping manual databases and updating our CRM system up to date with high volumes of data. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where getting it right first time is a prerequisite. In addition, a software or IT degree discipline, will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our growing network of consultants and answering various queries
- Managing the process for submitting a claim at each stage of the process
- Liaising with both clients and client’s accountants and internal staff members, requesting documents/following up on high volumes of information by both email and phone call
- Reviewing accounts information, filing and passing to finance team for approval
- Making sure documents are approved in a timely manner in line with processes and if not then following up
- Sending documents via DocuSign to be electronically signed by clients
- Monitoring the customer service inbox and answering any queries
- Collating information and manually creating reports upon request
- Manually tracking when a client is ready for their next year claim and sending emails for confirmation to proceed
- Uploading data/Managing CRM system & liaising with CRM developers to build CRM system
- Carrying out AML checks on all directors/clients
- Keeping an in real-time note for each claim
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by management etc.
What we are looking for:
- Anability to communicate with an exceptional positive attitude
- IT illiterate using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) and a variety of computer systems
- The drive and resilience required to support and win in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
- The personal gravitas required to establish credibility with colleagues and customers
- Self motivated & hard working
