We are looking for a organised, presentable and communicative Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and be able to carry out basic admin tasks. Interest in fashion/photography would be considered a great advantage.

Responsibilities:

Answering client enquiries in person, by phone and email in a professional manner with exceptional customer service.

Using initiative to solve client problems and answer requests.

Managing the diary to maximise efficiency of studio's time.

Have a good general knowledge of the experience we provide in order to answer client questions.

Maintaining accurate customer records, both digital and paper.

As part of a team, ensuring that the studio is always perfectly presented, clean and tidy

Escalating important problems to management and maintaining good communication with the team.

Assisting other team members and management in other duties necessary for the smooth running of the studio.

Skills:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and filing documents

- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service

The role is offered on a part-time, freelance basis. 3 days a week between Monday and Saturday.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 18-27 per week

Salary: From £14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
