I am currently working with a private housing developer, they are currently looking for an experience Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in their brand new offices in The City of London

Day to day duties:

  • Providing excellent customer care on all levels
  • Communicating with customers via email & on the phone
  • Being the main point of contact for the customer care team
  • Scheduling jobs for repairs with operatives
  • Escalating complaints to the management team
  • Providing face to face customer service support to customers
  • Diagnosing repair under warranty period
