Job description
The University Library is seeking to appoint full-time customer services coordinator to join our customer services team. The post holder will contribute to the effective operation of the Library by providing services to the Library customers and supporting their study at the University. You will line manage front facing library staff and provide administrative and organisational support to customer service activities within the library.
You should be a graduate, qualified librarian or about to be qualified. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our customers, confidence with IT, a proactive and flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure are also essential for this post. You should also have experience of front facing customer service and working in a library.
