Location: Hybrid, Peterborough UK,
12 Month FTC with view to perm 37.5 hours Monday – Friday + Saturday rota cover
Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30 with every 3rd week 9:00 - 17:30
Saturday Morning cover on a rota approx. 1 Saturday every 2-3 months
Overtime available including bank holidays

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be the point of contact for our customers who are mostly Farmers when it comes to placing orders and answering queries. You will have responsibility for taking orders, processing them on our internal systems and communicating constantly internally and externally to ensure that everyone is updated and informed about the status of their order.

What we’re looking for
- A great communicator
- Confident and comfortable with speaking on the phone, over email and other sources of communication.
- Comfortable with working with numbers and understanding the importance of correct data entry – this role will include data entry onto a number of systems where product codes can be similar.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desired but as long as you have the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.
- Self-motivated with great customer service skills – you will be interacting with our customers on a daily basis, so relationship building is key
Location
For this role we are flexible about remote working. We can offer a full-time or hybrid approach from our Peterborough office. Ideally you will need to be able to come to the office 1-2 times a week but there is opportunity to be in the office full time if this works better for you!
