Role: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £Competitive
Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, (DE13 8EN)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm and Friday 08:00am to 13:00pm, 37 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time
What you will be doing…
  • Responsible for liaising with customers.
  • Responding to customer requests for quotations and enquires e.g., Rejections and Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Process customer contracts, orders, and schedules.
  • Manage customers’ order books.
  • Participate in customers’ reviews.
  • Liaising with internal departments to manage customers’ requirements.
  • Assist with weekly/monthly order intake and sales forecasting.
Are you an individual with the following?
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Coordination, or as an Administrator is desirable.
  • Able to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate.
