Job Description for Position at Netlighting
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor Market Place messages ensuring responses are within the SLA
- Chasing order by liaising with suppliers and couriers
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Dealing with refunds/replacements and manage the returns process
- Advising customers of potential delays with their orders
- Managing the daily stock updates
- Staying on top of messages sent to suppliers ensuring responses are received
- Manage website chat
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent phone manner
- Good IT skills including basics Excel knowledge
- Customer service experience a plus but not essential
- Very organised
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
- Fast learner
- Ability to use initiative
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
