You’ll advise clients on their local affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. Our team helps our Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational risks, and implications of investing in different jurisdictions.

As a customer service, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
  • Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.

Our Deals business is an exciting, fast-paced and an ever-growing business that focuses on deals and crisis situations for our clients. Collectively, we deal with the types of situations you hear about regularly in the news and we provide support, insight and analysis to the management, shareholders and financiers of business.

Salary: Up to £2,876.81 per month
