Fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service professional to join a leading office supplies company on a permanent basis!!
Working alongside the sales and admin teams you will:
· Build and maintain customer base
· Advice to customer queries around orders including delivery
· Generate and qualify leads
· Make outbound calls and upsell on product range
· Deal with incoming calls and queries
· Process orders
· General administration duties
· Other ad hoc duties
About you:
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Customer service experience
· Experience in outbound selling
· IT proficient – Office and CRM
