Job description
Our busy courier company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Customer Care who will report to our Main HQ in Banbury OX16. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking and processing deliveries and collection nationwide as well as building a relationship with our customers, creating and providing reports to customers, confirming loan kits are ready for collection from specific departments. We require our staff to be flexible with working hours due to nature of the business however we aim for 7:45-17:45.
Customer Service Responsibilities Duties
Answer’s customer support messages via telephone or Email promptly to enhance the customer service experience
Patiently listens attentively to customer and connects them with the appropriate department to address their needs
Accurately record and logs interaction with customers and updates account information and able to retrieve this information to create reports and job sheets.
Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
Works with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
Knowledge of updated company rules and policies to address issues such as damages, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers
Willing to learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
