Customer Service Associate

The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service to our largest account customers, in order to develop business relationships and opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Resolve customer queries by utilising UPS Enterprise systems, making outbound calls/emails to ensure resolution and query ownership
- Maintain ownership of queries through to resolution ensuring the customer receives regular updates at appropriate intervals
- Utilise UPS Enterprise systems to record customer activity
- Provide customers with proactive updates when major service issues occur that may impact delivery or collection of their shipments
What you’ll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, sincere a positive image of UPS, convey an eagerness, willingness and desire to assist customers
- Ability to identify customers’ needs and resolving issues to customer’s satisfaction in a timely manner
- Display a thorough understanding of UPS’s products and their additional service features
- Dealing with multiple, complex customer issues
