Job description
I am exclusively working with a world-leading Biotech based in Oxford. They are seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Associate to be responsible for providing exceptional support to their customers for their leading nanotech products.
You will be able to use your knowledge of their webstore to help with account set-up, product inquiries, and order management.

You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with account set-up, product inquiries, and order management
- Maintain relationships with our customers by documenting actions in Salesforce.com
- Communicate with customers in German and English
- Answering questions on business processes and products, scheduling and amending orders, and liaising with customers through various communication channels
- Work closely with various commercial teams to resolve customer queries and strive for operational excellence
You will bring the following:
- Must be fluent in German - written and oral
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Have a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
