We are the largest provider of safe secure dog exercising fields in the UK, with over 20 sites throughout Scotland. Our customers find our fields invaluable and essential for their dog’s needs. The continual expansion of our portfolio has created a new customer service role and we are looking to recruit a conscientious, enthusiastic person with excellent customer service skills.
This home based role, will involve answering the telephone and responding to customer communications received by email and social media. A key part of the role will be reviewing, processing and amending bookings as well as generally assisting our customers.
The role involves being available to answer the telephone during the on call hours, but it is anticipated that you will actually be busy less than half of the time that you are on call.
The working hours will be as follows:
Saturday 8am to 9pm
Tuesday 6pm to 9pm
Thursday 6pm to 9pm
It is anticipated that you will be actively working during less than half of the on call hours, as the level of calls is currently around 3 per hour. A mobile phone will be provided as well as remote access to our booking system, which means that you will not be restricted to a desk to provide telephone cover. The role involves checking emails at least hourly, but again these can be accessed remotely giving a lot of flexibility to this role.
You will be expected to provide holiday cover when required and will be paid additionally for this.
