Job description
The Customer Service Assistant are responsible for helping customers with their enquiries by providing information and ensuring that the Station Shift Manager’s tasks are met. Good clear spoken instructions are required for this operation and you will need to liaise with customers to help and assist in any travel / local information. The Customer Service Assistant is required to learn and understand the local information and is to use the local boards provided to help and assist any customers. Where applicable other duties may include:
· Help and liaise with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service delivered by you and others on behalf of Network Rail.
· Meeting the Key performance Indictors which is set out by the Station Shift Manager.
· Being polite and helpful at all times with a ‘Can do’ attitude.
· To ensure your appearance and hygiene is of the highest standard
· Always be approachable and visible so customers can clearly identify who they can approach for help.
· Understanding and being fully aware of tourist attractions, bus stops, train times and all other information about the station to help answer customer queries.

Salary: £11.05 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Euston Station: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
Experience:
- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Shift availability:

- Overnight shift (required)
