Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to be part of the team that run a local new but established Self Storage facility that is at the heart of the local community? We are looking for a Team Member who is a real self-starter that loves interacting with customers, to join our growing team.

Our local Store in Newmarket is looking for a full time Customer Service Assistant! This is a well established store with all of the latest state of the art features and represents an exciting challenge for the company. We are looking for someone who shares our vision to take on this role.

Self-Storage is so much more than what you may think it is. We are consistently solving customer’s storage needs on a daily basis, whether that is people moving home or downsizing, a growing business needing more space for their stock or tools, or a student on a summer break, each customer has a different story which makes every day a fresh challenge.

When a customer visits a store, their experience starts with you. It is crucial that they are met by someone with an enthusiastic attitude who welcomes them and looks after them from the moment they enter the store. We really take an interest in our customer’s stories and look to make a real impact in the communities we work in.

What we are looking for

Someone with a get up and go attitude. You will need the drive not only to grow the store and build local relationships but have a truly passionate approach to customer service. If the candidate is interested in a career in storage, this role could really lead into a full time role should you wish.

· Developing local relationships that will enhance the performance of the store.

· Ensure you provide the highest level of customer service.

· Promote a positive and flexible approach to daily tasks within the store.

· Actively maintain the cleanliness of the store
