Customer Service Assistant - Front of House Meet and Greet, Signature Flight Support, Luton FBO

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service orientated team player to join our busy Customer Services team in the position of Customer Service Assistant (CSA) at our flagship location in Luton.

Your new role:
As the face of Signature, it is the role of the Customer Services team to ensure both crew and passengers are greeted promptly and professionally at reception & receive an exceptional, first-class experience throughout. You will maintain brand standards within passenger areas to an exceptional standard.
Whilst within our facilities you will ensure that the customers documentation for travel is processed as needed, liaise with third party suppliers to ensure a streamlined journey and that all guests are provided with hospitality services throughout their stay.
When required you will perform transport services for crew to local hotels and ensure the clean and safe upkeep of the lounges and onsite parking facilities.
About you:
You will have experience working within a customer service environment, ideally gaining ‘front of house' experience. You will have strong customer service skills, be an excellent communicator, a good listener, and a team player with a passion for providing the highest level of customer experience and service.
You will be self-motivated with strong time management skills, an ability to work accurately under pressure and a calm approach to problem solving, last minute changes and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
You will have excellent personal presentation and full and clean driving licence. Additional languages would also be an advantage.
