Worldgate Agency for a Customer Support Representative to contribute to our thriving sales team with great customer service and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance, ensuring a happy customer experience at our growing startup.
Worldgate Agency is an off-market land sourcing platform which provides data on property and land. Our customers include property developers, land agents, architects and planners. We help them make better choices when acquiring land and property to build and develop upon.
About the role: what are we looking for?
As our Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for all things customer service, which includes providing support to customers calling, emailing, live chatting or instant messaging the team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities as our Customer Service Representative:
- Prioritise and process customer support tickets and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who have issues with their accounts / the product
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
- Learn how to use our database systems (on Hubspot) to deliver great customer care
- Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results, and liaise with the team with progress and updates of customer service
- Help customers register online and process their licences
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong knowledge of Hubspot (our CRM system)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise cases, and manage time effectively
- Ability to stay calm with customers in different situations
- 34k - 41k based on experience
