Customer Service Assistant

You will be our first point of contact for parents/carers enquiring about a nursery place at any of our nurseries across the UK. With a high level of customer service you will support enquiries in their search for childcare. Providing parents/carers with the information they need, arranging appointments to view our sites and supporting enquiries to progress and book a place.
Choosing childcare is a huge decision for any parent/carer to make and it would be your role to ensure you guide them through this process with a caring and supportive approach.
You will also be responsible for providing administrative support and supporting the Sales and Marketing team with ongoing campaigns.
