Are you looking for a seasonal job that’s full of FUN? Fancy working where sea turtles and cheeky penguins watch on as you go about your daily work at SEA LIFE London Aquarium.
Working here feels pretty unique and our commercial team are fizzing with fun and a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who strives for the best, is guest focused, and isn't afraid to swim upstream!
What we are looking for
- You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Retail and Admissions experience (desirable, but training given)
- Friendly and hard-working with a "can do" demeanour
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Full availability including weekends and bank holidays
In these varied roles you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on SEA LIFE related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative.
You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction!
These are seasonal, part-time positions. Flexibility is needed as you will be working weekends and bank holidays.
