Job description
Customer Service Assistant required for a busy family business based in Kirkcaldy.
Repair Renew Replace Limited undertake repairs and installation of double glazing products.
You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and direct messages so must be a people person with an excellent manner.
You will manage our various diaries, appointing and confirming all appointments so previous experience of diary management is essential.
Further you will be required to assist with adhoc administrative tasks as required.
The hours are to be Monday to Friday 10am-2pm with the potential to work from home on a Thursday.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
