Customer Service Assistant Duties:
- Conduct business development activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base, delivering exceptional customer service
- Utilise warm calling and outbound calling techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Monitor KPI's and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals to effectively enhance customer buying experience
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service can be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional image
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends/awareness of consumer behaviour
