We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to assist our Customer Service team in Newcastle. The idea candidate will be comfortable and confident dealing with customers as well as championing a real commitment to improving the customer experience.
What will your role look like?
- Answer inbound calls
- Make outbound calls
- Answer email based enquiries
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment. We don’t expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on the job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role with us.

Salary: £22,825.00-£23,729.00 per year
