Working here feels pretty outstanding and our customer service team are fizzing with fun and a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who strives for the best and is guest focused.
What we are looking for
- You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
- Excellent communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages
- Fun, multifaceted, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Knowledge of working within strict health & safety procedures (training will also be provided)
You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests during their visit with us. You could find yourself controlling external queue lines (so be prepared to work in all weather conditions) or answering any questions guests may have. You could also be ensuring the smooth running of our Spirit of London ride and Marvel 4D experience or helping to make sure the shop is always fully stocked and looking presentable. Having the confidence to encourage guests to stock up on Madame Tussauds London related goodies.
Whichever department you find yourself in, you will be helping guests at any point throughout the attraction, ensuring they have the best immersive, interactive, and imaginative experience.
These roles are seasonal, and we are offering contracts on 10 hours per week or 30 hours per week, ending in August 2023. Shifts will be offered based on availability, however, because our attractions are open daily flexibility is needed, especially during weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
