Job description
Working for an integrated M&E service provider in Irlam you will be part of a thriving business and provide full customer service administration support to a number of clients.
Reporting to the Service Manager.
Experience of customer services with administrator duties will be advantageous who can build excellent customer relationships and delivery on customer orders and be able to complete the duties of the role as outlined below
- Answering customer enquiries over the telephone and e mail.
- Entering all customer information onto a system
- Customer service admin support, enquiry handling, problem solving
- Engineer Diary Updates
- Sales Admin and quotes production
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
