Hopwells Limited is a leading national Frozen Food distributor and is currently seeking a Customer Service representative to join us at our Sheffield Depot.
To be successful in the role you will need to be a self-starter who enjoys a busy working atmosphere, is motivated, driven to succeed, have excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player.
Ideally, you will already have previous experience in a customer service role. However, if you would like to move into customer service and have a pleasant telephone manner, have up to date IT skills, please apply as full training will be given.
Your duties will primarily be:
- Manage, maintain and grow customer relationships
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers with daily telephone calls to take orders
- Processing customer orders taken over the phone and via email
- Advise Customers of new and alternative products
- Be a customer facing presence offering the highest level of customer service at all times
