Remote Working / Work from Home

£11.17 per hour plus phone and internet expenses
A fantastic position has arisen working for a leading independent recruitment consultancy. Due to growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join them.
Key tasks for the Customer Service Assistant will include –
Calling candidates to explain the job they have applied for and confirming essential points
Calling referees to gain references for the candidates
Booking appointments for consultants with candidates
Related administration duties
Other tasks as needed
This is not a sales role - we are looking for somebody with previous outbound calling experience, very friendly professional phone manner, accurate administration skills with the drive and self-discipline to work remotely achieving key tasks.
