Job description
This is a temporary ongoing position based within the Wolverhampton area. You will be part of the customer service team answering inbound calls and dealing with customer queries.
This position will run Monday-Friday, there is opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. This role will initially be temporary but will go permanent for the right candidate.
Some of the duties encompassed within this role include;
- Answering inbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Responding to emails
- Logging data
- Outbound calls
You must have worked previously within a customer service position and will be confident answering inbound calls. Call centre experience is desired and you must have excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £11.00-£11.59 per hour
