You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints. You will use your excellent communication skills to listen attentively to customers, empathise with their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. You will also be the first point of contact for customers, representing the company's brand and values, and building positive relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Listen actively and empathise with customer concerns to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer information and communication records.
  • Use computer systems and software to access customer information, track inquiries, and provide responses.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide product or service information and support to customers.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills related to products, services, and customer service techniques.
