We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide an exceptional front of house service to all our customers. You will be part of a team who are proactive and passionate about delivering a brilliant customer experience, looking after the needs of our visitors and internal colleagues.
We are looking for someone who:
- Will play a vital role in our office operations to ensure colleagues and customers are given a great service.
- Is dynamic and focused on the customer experience.
- Will work closely with various teams/departments including company directors, across various channels of contact such as calls, teams and emails.
- Has a passion for speaking with and helping other people
- Wants to be part of a dynamic and friendly team in this varied role from running a shop to organising staff events
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills. Previous experience is not required, just a positive and can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be a friendly, organised and a self-motivated individual. You will have strong attention to detail and experience of using Microsoft O365 would also be advantageous.
