As a Customer Service Assistants you will be the voice or face of the company. You are the first person that customers have contact with when they come seeking our services so you are the most important person on the team! Whatever impression you leave is what they will remember us by so we are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for others.
The successful candidate will be joining our team on a full-time, permanent basis and receive full, on the job training as well as a clear progressive structure, should they be excited about building a career with us!
Main Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, or in person
- Give quotations and check product availability
- Sell our products and take payments
- Handle complaints or pass them to a supervisor
- Add customer information into our systems
- Track orders and arrange deliveries

- Strong communication Skills (verbal and written): able to communicate clearly and professionally;
- Listen attentively and ask relevant questions to comprehend; write clearly and informatively.
- Customer Support: respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Resolve conflict in a professional and patient manner; remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Time Management: uses time efficiently;
- Problem Solving: identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyses information; develops alternative solutions; works independently with little supervision.

Salary: £22,880.48-£23,910.66 per year
