We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team, within the contact centre, at our Leeds branch.

About the role:
- Contact Centre role
- Answering large volumes of telephone calls, emails and webchat for our entire group
- Dealing with first line enquiries from customers
- Generate rich leads for the showroom teams
- Book appointments for customers with the showroom team
- Confidently, professionally and proactively engage with customers to build relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience
- Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience
About you:
You will have the ability to become part of a highly motivated Team, driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be enthusiastic and positive with experience of working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre.
(Note - you may also know this role as customer assistant, customer service assistant, contact centre advisor, retail advisor, sales advisor, retail assistant, sales assistant)
Skills required:
- Computer literate & Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Experience working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre
- Be able to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding ability to clearly communicate with customers
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others
- Full UK driving licence is desirable
Hours: Rolling 4-week shift pattern. 39 hours per week over 5 days, including weekend and bank holiday work.
Pay: £21,237 per annum
