Sunderland City Council has an exciting opportunity for 2 enthusiastic individuals to join the Customer Service Network as Customer Service Apprentices.
In this role, you are provided with full training to enable you to deliver an efficient, effective and responsive enquiry service to customers. You will be working in a busy but friendly and supportive environment.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will undertake the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship with Sunderland College and will receive regular support from your assigned assessor. You will also be fully supported through the apprenticeship in the workplace by receiving regular mentoring/guidance from your supervisor and team.
It is not necessary to have prior experience in customer services to apply for this apprenticeship, but we are keen to receive applications from candidates who have a passion to develop a career in Customer Service Support.
You will need to have a good general education to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths at grade 2/E. We also welcome applications from candidates who have a level 1 or equivalent qualification in Maths/English. As part of the apprenticeship you will be required to achieve a level 2 qualification in English and Maths if you do not already have this qualification.
