Cooleasy is primarily an online retailer of Heating and Cooling Solutions, specialising with Air Conditioning and Heat Pump systems. We also have an installation arm to the business, installing air conditioning systems in properties throughout the UK.
Working from our national headquarters, based in Margam, we are operating in the rapidly expanding heat pump market and you will be part of a company that's embracing the future of heating and cooling in the UK (and beyond).
Heat Pumps have recently been touted by the government as the new 'greener' and efficient way to heat homes and businesses, as they phase out the use of fossil fuels.
Cooleasy have been ahead of the curve and have already made a name for ourselves within the market place, being industry leaders with knowledge and technology.
The Role:
You will be the first engagement for our customers, handling (mostly) incoming calls and emails. On a daily basis, you’ll be dispatching and processing orders, answering emails and taking/making calls to engage with customers.
You will also be engaging via our social media accounts and maintaining a presence across multiple platforms. Designing exciting posts, images and videos and ensuring the business is well presented to prospecting clients.
Being approachable and conversational is essential to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will be working as part of a small team, offering advice to potential customers and answering any questions relevant to their enquiries.
Ensuring all enquiries conform to relevant legislations.
Occasional travel may be required for site and customer visits.
Although knowledge of technology would be beneficial, full training will be provided to the right applicant.
The Objectives:

*Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers and suppliers with a focus on the achievement of long-term loyalty.
*Manage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders and stock.
*Identify potential sales opportunities.
*Supporting in other areas of the branch as required.
The Person:
We are looking to hire a proactive and technically minded person, with the capability to work on their own with minimal guidance.
This is a varied position involving liaising directly with past, present and future customers through digital mediums and on the phone, so being computer literate and clearly spoken are both essential.
A flair for design with an outgoing personality would be ideal for this role.
