The role:
To support and assist in our client`s experience and to ensure feedback is implemented into the business along with supporting and assisting in the administration of delivering our services across our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
O Provide help to clients when required
O Working closely with our Service and Works Manager, ensuring there is a teamwork relationship between operations and customer delivery
O Provide assistance to admin staff using a customer focused approach offering support and training when required
O Supporting the daily admin function ensuring we are delivering a smooth client experience, assisting with any tasks or engagement as required
O Working closely liaising with other members of our management team improving communications and processes across the organisation
O Communicate professionally and effectively with clients by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face when required
O Investigate and solve client problems with the current solution, which may be complex or long-standing
O Ensure client feedback regarding our services is handled appropriately, then discuss possible improvements within internal management team
O Support, develop and educate the admin team to engage and assist with the client’s experience, you will do this through coaching and mentoring and leading by a good example
Skills, qualifications and experience required:
O Between three – five years customer service experience (ideally from a service provider industry background)
O Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
O Experience in coaching and mentoring
O Communication, well organised and structured
O Proactive attitude and solution driven
O Able to retain information and implement change
O Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
O It would be desirable if the successful candidate had experience in reporting software.

Working hours:
- 8 hours per day – Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Experience:
- Customer Service experience: 3 years minimum (required)
