What does the job involve?
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers reporting lost or stolen cards
- Handle customer calls with the utmost professionalism, effectively manage and resolve customer inquiries and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers, consistently delivering an exceptional level of customer support
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable advice to customers, guiding them through the necessary steps
We are looking for people with:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills that establish customer comfort and capture crucial details accurately
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Familiarity with case management CRMs, particularly in a banking context
- Strong background in telephone-based customer service roles – a natural communicator
- Priority will be given to candidates who can work outside regular hours – there are no shifts scheduled during office hours and there are only evening and night shifts available
A good candidate will have:
- Previous experience working remotely, equipped with a home office conducive to focus and productivity
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) within a professional capacity
