Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Clients: Hertz

Salary: £10.75ph – 40 paid hours per week. (£22,360)

Location: Comdata Group UK, Ringwood

Working Location: Comdata Group UK, Pullman Way, Ringwood, Hampshire - Hybrid

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Sunday from 07:00 – 22:00

Main Purpose of Role

Comdata Group UK is pleased to offer this opportunity working on behalf of Hertz to provide exceptional customer service across multi channels.

As a Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support Hertz’s business and private customers, providing support and information about the vehicle rental platform across a number of different communication channels.

Our Customer Service Agent are true ambassadors for Hertz, with a passion for what they do. You will be a key member in supporting customers to achieve the best of our product.

Operational Days and Hours

With given notice, Comdata reserves the right to change your working hours.

Comdata operational hours are 8am – 10pm Monday to Sunday, this role will be on a rota basis covering 40 hours per week.

Systems & Training

Full training will be given by Comdata and will include supporting on-going training requirements for the duration of the project. You will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas such as Data Protection Act and all other systems and soft skills training.

Opportunity for Growth

The suitable candidate will be welcomed into the team where they will work alongside established, skilled consultants to help ‘raise the bar’ in terms of customer experience.

Across the campaign the team will have SMART objectives. These will be communicated by the Customer Experience Director (on behalf of the client).

Growth and development are encouraged and supported and over time the team member will have the opportunity to progress their role and take on additional duties. This added responsibility being rewarded with a salary increase.
