This Customer Service Agent vacancy is a security-based role where you will be required to perform both passenger screening and customer service duties to passengers and employees.
We can offer 42 hrs per week role with additional hours available subject to business needs.
The N9 bus route provides access to Heathrow Airport for early morning shifts.
You must have been a resident in the UK for a minimum period of 36 months
For this Customer Service Agent role, we are offering:
- £11.30 p/h - £12.27 p/h basic.
- £16.95 p/h - £24.26 p/h Overtime Premium (after probation and subject to contract).
- A variety of shift patterns between 0500 hrs and 2330 hrs (8 hrs – 12 hrs shift per day).
- Up to 42 hrs per week.
- Fixed shift pattern working 4 days on and 2 days off.
- Weekly Pay.
The Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent:
- Performing general security and ID checks on passengers and airport staff.
- Perform body searches and baggage searches on customers and staff.
- X-Ray screening.
- General customer service duties around the terminal.
The Experience & Skills Required for this Customer Service Agent Role:
- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult passengers and situations.
- The ability to work shifts, including weekends.
- The ability to stand for long periods.
We would like to hear from individuals that have experience in Customer Service in retail, hospitality, leisure, and financial services, and from the travel and tourism industries.
Successful applicants must be able to provide a 5-year checkable history for referencing purposes and will also be subject to security and criminal record check.
