Customer Service Agent
Aviation Recruitment Network Limited is a supplier of airport recruitment solutions to companies operating in and out of UK airports.
We are looking to build our database of experienced personnel and we are actively looking for experienced Customer Service Agents at Heathrow Airport (TW6 1EW) for temporary ongoing work.
Pay rates are between £11.45 p/h - £22.90 p/h (depending on the client and shift pattern).
Applicants must be able to work a variety of shifts between 0415 hrs and 2230 hrs including weekends.

Our Customer Service Agents perform a variety of duties which will include:
- Face-to-face customer service.
- Passenger mobility.
- Meet and greet services.
- Que management.
- Check-in duties.
- Retail sales.
- Assisting passengers through security.
Customer Service Agents will receive:
- 21 hrs – 40 hrs per week plus overtime.
- Part-time opportunities (flexibility required).
- Training and development.
- Weekly or monthly pay.
- Parking is available depending on Client.
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Be able to commute to Heathrow
- Have experience working in a customer facing environment.
- Be flexible and work in all roles.
- Be prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
- Be capable of standing for long periods and on occasion working outdoors.
Successful Customer Service Agents will be subject to the following security checks:
- 5-year checkable history.
- Criminal records check application (reimbursed after 4 weeks of assignment).
