Job purpose
·Provide a comprehensive reception service for the business that demonstrates the professional standard of John Pye & Sons
·This role is the initial contact point for the Head Office
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and clients
- Answering all inbound call to the business and directing to departments/individuals where applicable
- Where possible resolving customer enquires at the point of call
- Accessing in-house software and databases to respond to customer enquires or to gain information to forward to other departments
- Manage stationary and office supplies
- Co ordinate arrangements for meetings and hospitality events
- Assist in administration according to the needs of the business
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required however excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role.
Working conditions
The role is office based and require the ability to undertake manual handling.
Physical requirements
There are no specific physical requirements for this position although occasional manual handling, the ability to prioritise work and handle customer complaints in a friendly and pragmatic manner to achieve the best outcome for the business are required.
